Size & Fit

1. Size Information
Luxury Rent aims to provide accurate size and fit information for each outfit wherever available. Customers should review the listed measurements, size details and product information before confirming a booking or purchase.

2. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the size they believe is most suitable based on the information provided. Fit can vary depending on body shape, garment construction, fabric and styling.

3. Trial at Pickup
For local rental bookings, customers are encouraged to try the outfit at pickup wherever reasonably possible before taking it.

4. Genuine Fit Issue at Pickup
If a genuine fit issue is identified during pickup and the customer decides not to take the rental outfit, the remaining rental amount may not be collected. However, the booking amount may remain non-refundable because the product was reserved for the selected date.

5. Fit After Collection
Once a customer has inspected, accepted and collected the rental product, a later change of mind regarding fit does not automatically qualify for a refund.

6. Measurements
Where product measurements are provided, customers should compare them with their own measurements carefully. Slight variation may occur because of garment construction, measurement method or previous professional use.

7. Alterations
Permanent alterations, cutting, resizing or modification of rental garments are not permitted unless expressly approved by Luxury Rent.

Temporary adjustments should also be discussed with Luxury Rent before being made.

8. Styling & Included Pieces
The fit or appearance shown in photographs may involve styling, draping or accessories. Only the pieces specifically mentioned with the product are included in the rental or purchase.

9. Colour & Appearance
Actual garment colour, texture or detailing may appear slightly different from photographs because of lighting, photography and screen settings.

10. Assistance Before Booking
Customers who are unsure about size or fit are encouraged to contact Luxury Rent through WhatsApp or the available contact channels before confirming their booking.
