Booking & Cancellation

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the applicable booking amount has been received and Luxury Rent has confirmed the selected product and date. Adding an item to cart, sending a WhatsApp enquiry or requesting availability does not by itself reserve the product.

2. Booking Amount
A booking amount may be required to reserve a rental product for the selected date. The amount may vary by product or booking and will be communicated before confirmation.

3. Non-Refundable Reservation Amount
Once a rental booking is confirmed and the product is blocked for the selected date, the booking amount is generally non-refundable because the product may no longer be offered to another customer for that period.

4. Customer Cancellation
If the customer wishes to cancel a confirmed booking, they should contact Luxury Rent as early as possible through the available contact channels. Any refund, adjustment or credit beyond the booking amount will depend on the payment already made, timing of cancellation and individual booking circumstances.

5. Date Change / Rescheduling
Requests to change the booking date are subject to product availability. Luxury Rent may accommodate a date change where reasonably possible, but availability for the new date is not guaranteed.

6. Cancellation by Luxury Rent
If Luxury Rent is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to product damage, unexpected unavailability, operational issues or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. Luxury Rent may offer a suitable alternative, rescheduling option or applicable refund.

7. Incorrect Information or Verification Failure
Luxury Rent may cancel or refuse a booking where incorrect information is provided, required verification cannot be completed, payment fails or there is reasonable concern regarding misuse of the rental service.

8. Contact for Cancellations
All cancellation, rescheduling or booking-change requests should be communicated directly to Luxury Rent through the official WhatsApp, phone or contact channels listed on the website.
