48 Hours — for rentals delivered or collected within Gorakhpur, Sahjanwa, Khalilabad, Deoria, Basti and Kushinagar, including bookings placed online.

3 Days — for eligible courier rentals delivered outside the above regional service area.

For eligible outside-region courier rentals:

Recorded delivery date = Day 1

The outfit must be handed over to the approved return courier / pickup partner by Day 3.

Courier transit time back to Luxury Rent does not count as customer late time when the outfit has been handed over within the confirmed return period.

Extension

Pre-approved Extension: ₹165 per additional 24 hours

Extension is not automatic.

It must be requested before the original return deadline and explicitly approved by Luxury Rent based on availability and the next booking.

Late Return

Unapproved Late Return: ₹330 per additional 24 hours

Refundable Security Deposit

The ₹1,200 security deposit is refundable after the outfit returns to Luxury Rent and completes the applicable return / QC check.

Applicable late-return, damage, loss or missing-item adjustments may be handled according to the relevant Luxury Rent policies.
