48 Hours — for rentals delivered or collected within Gorakhpur, Sahjanwa, Khalilabad, Deoria, Basti and Kushinagar, even when the booking is placed online.

3 Days — for eligible courier rental orders delivered outside the above regional service area.

For outside-region courier rentals, the recorded delivery date is Day 1 and the outfit must be handed over to the approved return courier/pickup partner by Day 3.

Booking online does not automatically qualify for the 3-day period. Rental duration is determined by the delivery location.

Pre-approved Extension: ₹135 per additional 24 hours

Extensions are not automatic and must be requested before the original return deadline and approved by Luxury Rent based on availability and the next booking.

Unapproved Late Return: ₹270 per additional 24 hours

The ₹1,300 security deposit is refundable after the outfit is returned to Luxury Rent and completes the applicable return/QC inspection. Applicable late-return, loss, damage or missing-item adjustments may be handled according to the relevant Luxury Rent policies.
